Your tech did an oil change and didn't reset the oil percentage gage in my car for the second time. Your tire rotation price doubled. And my fluids weren't topped off. And why would there be a shuttle price on my receipt even mentioned, when I drove my own car in a waited for my car to be serviced? Back to Lee Partyka I go.

We looked at trucks in the lot, the salesman said we can go inside to look through more inventory, but then had no computer screen to show us- and although I am OK with the truck we got, there were certain features that I would have liked- whether I would have had to search more, or order from the factory, such as a rear sliding window. We were surprised that we could not drive the truck home with a dealer plate the first day, we had to come back the next day for paperwork. Overall we felt we were rushed, if not pressured. The deal included running boards- The salesman showed us the boards on display- I did not see a large selection, but was happy with the style- Black, with "silverado", good texture grip for handicapped passengers. The wrong parts were ordered, I spent hours on Wednesday at service, to see the wrong boards installed. Lots of confusion over which boards were right by everyone there, (Everyone was polite, including service advisor Mark) I was told the right ones were ordered, and to return the next day. Next day, still no word on if the boards were there, lack of returned phone calls for me to plan my return. This deal is not yet done, coming on one week. I was going to wait on this survey until finalized. As of now, I am not satisfied, since I don't have the promised running boards.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent oil change at your facility. The service representative who assisted me displayed a lack of urgency and professionalism throughout the visit. Their demeanor came across as indifferent, and the overall experience did not reflect the level of service I expected. What’s more concerning is that, as of today, I am still waiting on the recommendations for my truck that were supposed to be provided. This delay not only reflects poorly on the efficiency of your team but also leaves me uncertain about any necessary maintenance or issues that may need immediate attention. The service person we were dealing with left the job and we were never notified that he no longer worked there and replaced with another person. My car was there 7 weeks. It’s old I know a 2001 Monte Carlo The issues we addressed were never fixed and it cost 2,000 so we cut our losses and just took car back. If they were not able to fix a car that old they should have been up front about it.

Went for a diagnostic test which was 316$ in itself on top of that couldn't tell me exactly what the issue was with the transmission was told they would only move forward with a Transmission Flush which would cost an additional 1000$ for a great selling point that 9/10 times this fixes the problem but decided not to tell me that the Torc converter in the transmission was a usual problem with this make/model of truck so a transmission flush would not fix the issue at all but would cost me an additional 2000$ to get a new Torc Converter for the truck...

It was my first time at that dealership and when I entered, everything was fine. They were very friendly. The service was an oil change and tire rotation. They had changed the oil but not rotated it. They were charging me for both services. If it wasn't because my tire had a mark, I realized that they hadn't rotated the tires. I don't think that's the way to provide a service that a customer pays for.

I couldnt be happier! Syed greeted me as I walked in the door and asked if he could help. I told him I'd like to speak to someone about buying a new SUV that wouldnt give me scripted answers or use sales tactics on me and just talk to me like a person. I'd been to the Hyundai and Kia dealers close by, and Honda, Cadillac, and Nissan ones a town over. I let no one pull my credit, left no deposits anywhere else. He was polite, professional, very understanding... I cant say enough good things about him. We went for a test drive and made sure it fit in my garage (4-5 miles away) and told him I dont make impulse decisions, but he was the front runner. After going home and sleeping on it, I had decided and came back, with a payment, met Gabriella the finance manager, who was also stellar and handled everything. the oil change was ok, the free MPVI was good, is really good to know that they are checking many things that you don't often check like tire depth and brakes. the chasis lubrication/inspection was a plus. however they offer you services that you don't really need. also there was a click/tick sound on the engine that i was hoping they will offer a diagnostic or repair advice which they didn't. the vehicle does not have a history of transmission/differential oil replacement or service so they didn't offer that either.

The experience was very straightforward dropped. The vehicle off the night before they brought the vehicle in did an inspection told me what I need to address on the vehicle. Lamont was amazing. He was patient. He was honest and knowledge. I will send all my clients to him. There was another gentleman who took me to get gas who was very good. He actually made sure my car was detailed. The finance manager Dan was very pushy. He asked me repeatedly to apply for a Gm credit card after I said no. More importantly, I asked him to only apply for a loan through capital one. He came back and said he found me a lower rate for Gm by half a point but I was content with the capital one rate and did not want the extra inquiry. "He said everything has to go through "GM anyways" which is not true as I have worked in the industry for the last 20 years and this is my 14th car I have financed personally. He still applied for financing through GM and dismissed my ask to not apply. Let's be clear. I did take the "lower" Gm rate which was only lower by "half a point" but it was because he had already forcefully pulled my credit with out my permission. I can tell there must be an extra incentive to do business through GM but to do unethical things is not the way to get business and this should NEVER outweigh doing what's right for your customers. Had it not been for that experience I would have given a 5.

Repair done as expected. Communication with service department needs improvement. Each time I called looking for a status, I was told I would get a call back and never did. Multiple times. Even when my truck was finished, never got a call, had to call looking for an update for them to say its all set.

My car was ready and sitting in the parking lot for approximately 45 minutes. I was sitting in the waiting room across from it. Three times asked if I could check out and leave and three times I was told the paperwork was not ready! When I reviewed my invoice, it said I declined having an air filter put in my cabin and engine. I was never asked if I wanted to have that done. I came in for a tire rotation and an oil change and asked if they can look up a code that appeared when my engine light came on. The car was fixed quickly like I said, but it sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes before I was checked out. No one got up from their seat to see why it was taking so long either. It was completely dependent on whoever was writing the service paperwork. At least someone could’ve asked why it was taking so long!

I love love love the new Equinox that I purchased. I wish the process was smoother, we were there for hours, waiting and waiting ...I guess financing takes a while for credit checks etc. but in this day and age of technology, you would think that would be easier. Gabriela, in finance was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. but when we went to get in the car, our salesman dismissed us and thanked us. I was already there for a long time, and expected to be there another half hour to go through the features of the car. But he didn't. That was disappointing. the manual is paper thin, he told us to just download the app. It took my husband and I a long time over the weekend to figure things out for ourselves.. Also to test drive the vehicle, he had us stay in the parking lot??? Other dealerships put a plate on and said take if for a ride...kind of strange. But all and all happy, with our purchase.

Service, & communication was terrible. Unbelievably slow with the service. I set my appointment for 9:30am received a call around 8:45am asking me what was my truck in for (dropped it off night prior with note) said oil change. By 12pm I still did not receive a call about the status of my truck, I am thinking my trucks work has been completed it hasn’t. I ended picking it up the next day. I asked the sales service manager Tyler “I set my appointment for 9:30am how it’s it that my truck still is not finished at this time about 3:30pm at this point?” “Tyler said that time was just to ensure a spot for drive he had people waiting in the lobby” I believe that was highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. That will be my last time using Chevy of Milford for this day forward period. I dropped off my truck April 15th Wednesday night- did not pick up my truck until April 17th Friday for an oil change.

Service rep, Jennifer I believe, was fantastic, helpful and sweet. But this company wanted me to pay over $2k in labor hours to fix a $20 hose. Additionally, when I asked for an appraisal for a trade in, they took over 4 days to call me back and offered me $1500, while they are selling similar cars with the same miles as mine for over 10k. Overall, sleezy, awful customer care, and do not value their car or company at all. I went and traded elsewhere for far better, and after all this, they are still sending me texts asking me to bring the car in for servicing and to call them ASAP. I have since blocked their number.

Service team was good but the false advertising from the AI computer that told me my oil change would only be $100 and it costing me $150 was frustrating. The woman at the dealership told me after 5 quarts, we have to charge more, the AI computer didn't tell me that. Using AI sounds good and all but lowers the overall customer service across the board.

Customers service is lacking ! Went in for a oil change and no discussion on what needs to be done or what was done! My car matt wad removed and threw out with out asking me ! Then after my oil change my engine light was one , first they told me it was a sensor, which they fix then 30 minutes later came back on ! Then i was told i had to come back for to get it check and it could cost me 260$ plus ! With having to leave my car for the day ! No loaner, the person “helping me” barely wanted to check to see if I had an extension warranty that could cover the cost of either the loaner or just having my car checked
