I don’t think my praise will all fit in here. Milford Chevy had my car from 12/27/24. Over the next almost 4 months Jen Powers was my go-to tech the entire time. She dealt with CarShield and was able to have them agree to pay for one-half of the cost. The service department worked diligently through all the “stone walls”. I picked up my car on 4/22/25 and had another issue with my car which Jen handled with amazing ability with no cost to me. Everyone in the Service Department is a pleasure to deal with and they were always working to a happy ending for me. Jen Powers is a true asset to the dealership.

It was my first time at that dealership and when I entered, everything was fine. They were very friendly. The service was an oil change and tire rotation. They had changed the oil but not rotated it. They were charging me for both services. If it wasn't because my tire had a mark, I realized that they hadn't rotated the tires. I don't think that's the way to provide a service that a customer pays for.

Your tech did an oil change and didn't reset the oil percentage gage in my car for the second time. Your tire rotation price doubled. And my fluids weren't topped off. We looked at trucks in the lot, the salesman said we can go inside to look through more inventory, but then had no computer screen to show us- and although I am OK with the truck we got, there were certain features that I would have liked- whether I would have had to search more, or order from the factory, such as a rear sliding window. We were surprised that we could not drive the truck home with a dealer plate the first day, we had to come back the next day for paperwork. Overall we felt we were rushed, if not pressured. The deal included running boards- The salesman showed us the boards on display- I did not see a large selection, but was happy with the style- Black, with "silverado", good texture grip for handicapped passengers. The wrong parts were ordered, I spent hours on Wednesday at service, to see the wrong boards installed. Lots of confusion over which boards were right by everyone there, (Everyone was polite, including service advisor Mark) I was told the right ones were ordered, and to return the next day. Next day, still no word on if the boards were there, lack of returned phone calls for me to plan my return. This deal is not yet done, coming on one week. I was going to wait on this survey until finalized. As of now, I am not satisfied, since I don't have the promised running boards.

Went for a diagnostic test which was 316$ in itself on top of that couldn't tell me exactly what the issue was with the transmission was told they would only move forward with a Transmission Flush which would cost an additional 1000$ for a great selling point that 9/10 times this fixes the problem but decided not to tell me that the Torc converter in the transmission was a usual problem with this make/model of truck so a transmission flush would not fix the issue at all but would cost me an additional 2000$ to get a new Torc Converter for the truck...

My car was ready and sitting in the parking lot for approximately 45 minutes. I was sitting in the waiting room across from it. Three times asked if I could check out and leave and three times I was told the paperwork was not ready! When I reviewed my invoice, it said I declined having an air filter put in my cabin and engine. I was never asked if I wanted to have that done. I came in for a tire rotation and an oil change and asked if they can look up a code that appeared when my engine light came on. The car was fixed quickly like I said, but it sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes before I was checked out. No one got up from their seat to see why it was taking so long either. It was completely dependent on whoever was writing the service paperwork. At least someone could’ve asked why it was taking so long!

It’s old I know a 2001 Monte Carlo The issues we addressed were never fixed and it cost 2,000 so we cut our losses and just took car back. If they were not able to fix a car that old they should have been up front about it.

I love love love the new Equinox that I purchased. I wish the process was smoother, we were there for hours, waiting and waiting ...I guess financing takes a while for credit checks etc. but in this day and age of technology, you would think that would be easier. Gabriela, in finance was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. but when we went to get in the car, our salesman dismissed us and thanked us. I was already there for a long time, and expected to be there another half hour to go through the features of the car. But he didn't. That was disappointing. the manual is paper thin, he told us to just download the app. It took my husband and I a long time over the weekend to figure things out for ourselves.. Also to test drive the vehicle, he had us stay in the parking lot??? Other dealerships put a plate on and said take if for a ride...kind of strange. But all and all happy, with our purchase.

I couldnt be happier! Syed greeted me as I walked in the door and asked if he could help. I told him I'd like to speak to someone about buying a new SUV that wouldnt give me scripted answers or use sales tactics on me and just talk to me like a person. I'd been to the Hyundai and Kia dealers close by, and Honda, Cadillac, and Nissan ones a town over. I let no one pull my credit, left no deposits anywhere else. He was polite, professional, very understanding... I cant say enough good things about him. We went for a test drive and made sure it fit in my garage (4-5 miles away) and told him I dont make impulse decisions, but he was the front runner. After going home and sleeping on it, I had decided and came back, with a payment, met Gabriella the finance manager, who was also stellar and handled everything. Cant tell you how happy, impressed, just in awe I am about the whole experience. I'd rate them more than 5 stars if I could. DEF RECCOMEND! -Rob Anthony

the oil change was ok, the free MPVI was good, is really good to know that they are checking many things that you don't often check like tire depth and brakes. the chasis lubrication/inspection was a plus. however they offer you services that you don't really need. also there was a click/tick sound on the engine that i was hoping they will offer a diagnostic or repair advice which they didn't. the vehicle does not have a history of transmission/differential oil replacement or service so they didn't offer that either.

The experience was very straightforward dropped. The vehicle off the night before they brought the vehicle in did an inspection told me what I need to address on the vehicle. And they also took care of my recall. They followed up that the vehicle was ready for pickup i didn't feel pressured to get anything of the stuff. I needed to get address immediately, but it's good to know that they looked at it. And I am aware that my vehicle needs to get serviced. This dealership has been nothing but good to me. Repair done as expected. Communication with service department needs improvement. Each time I called looking for a status, I was told I would get a call back and never did. Multiple times. Even when my truck was finished, never got a call, had to call looking for an update for them to say its all set.
